Margaret's Fine Imports participates in the Squirrel Hill Sidewalk Sale and Happening 7/16/2009 through 7/18/2009
Support a terrific neighborhood and its community with this street festival complete with kids' activities, food vendors, nonprofit tables and live music as well as great shopping. For the event Margaret's Fine Imports 5872 Forbes Ave, www.teapittsburgh.com, will be selling tea, coffee, gifts, candy, and kitchen gadgets at 20% to 50% off.
Squirrel Hill is a large residential neighborhood in the east end of Pittsburgh that dates back to the 1760s. It has had a large Jewish population since the 1920s, when Jewish people began to move to the neighborhood in large numbers from adjacent areas. Squirrel Hill is home to over twenty synagogues as well as three Jewish day schools and the Jewish Community Center.
The neighborhood's popular business district is centered at the corner of Murray and Forbes Avenues. Businesses include a Barnes & Noble bookstore, a Giant Eagle grocery store, two movie theaters and various specialty shops, like Margaret's Fine Imports, along with many restaurants.

Squirrel Hill is a large residential neighborhood in the east end of Pittsburgh that dates back to the 1760s. It has had a large Jewish population since the 1920s, when Jewish people began to move to the neighborhood in large numbers from adjacent areas. Squirrel Hill is home to over twenty synagogues as well as three Jewish day schools and the Jewish Community Center.
The neighborhood's popular business district is centered at the corner of Murray and Forbes Avenues. Businesses include a Barnes & Noble bookstore, a Giant Eagle grocery store, two movie theaters and various specialty shops, like Margaret's Fine Imports, along with many restaurants.
